The marina offers offer High & Dry storage for boats up to 38′ in length and 16,000 lbs, storage in a protected basin for boats up to 120′ in length, lifts that allow 24/7 access to your boat while still keeping it out of the water, both Marine Diesel and Ethanol-Free 90 Gasoline at some of the lowest rates on the West Coast of Florida, the marina is also soon to have an on-site full maintenance operation to meet all of your boat, motor, AC, and electronics service needs. Some other fun features soon to be a part of the marina include a 90-room boutique hotel planned for opening Spring, 2017, the relocation of The Island Grille and Raw Bar – in March, 2016, and a pool free to use for all marina guests!!
