Join the Pinellas Realtor Organization – Pinellas International Council for a special session with a presentation on “Doing Business is Italy.”  Presenter, Theresa Lynn Collins, Tampa Bay Realtor® and International Real Estate Executive with Allen Collins Realty, Inc. recently spent an extended period of time in Italy.   Marketing properties outside the country and inside the United States to Foreign Nationals is significantly more challenging aspect of the business.  Having personal contacts both overseas and locally is critical when dealing with international transactions.
